1. Introduction

Welcome to CarlizeB Jewellery. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Orders & Processing

All orders are subject to availability. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for order processing before dispatch. For custom-made pieces, please allow additional production time as discussed during your consultation. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has commenced.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). Payment is required in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods as indicated at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship nationwide within South Africa and internationally to the USA, Canada, Europe, and Australia only. International shipping is charged at a flat rate of R600. Delivery times may vary based on your location. Any local taxes, customs duties, or import fees applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the client. CarlizeB Jewellery is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party courier services or customs processing. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the courier.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of handmade jewellery, we do not accept returns on custom or personalised items unless faulty. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence.

6. Care Instructions

Handmade jewellery is delicate. Please follow the care instructions provided with your purchase. CarlizeB Jewellery is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling or wear.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs remain the intellectual property of CarlizeB Jewellery. Reproduction of any design without written consent is prohibited.
